Terms of Service
These terms govern use of CRM Assistant.

Acceptance
By accessing or using CRM Assistant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of service
CRM Assistant provides simple tools that help you review CRM activity, such as finding leads who contacted you and may still be waiting for a response. Features available to you are those presented in the product at the time you use them.
Account and access
You must have authority to connect the CRM account you use with CRM Assistant. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in under your control and for activity that occurs under your account.
Authorized CRM connections
Connecting a CRM authorizes CRM Assistant to access information needed for the tools you run, within the permissions granted during connection. You may disconnect access at any time through your CRM or by contacting us.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse CRM Assistant, attempt to access another customer's data, interfere with the service, or use it in violation of applicable law or the terms of your CRM provider.
Your CRM data
You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and content of data in your CRM, including contacts and conversations. CRM Assistant processes that data only to provide the requested functionality.
Availability
We aim to keep CRM Assistant available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific uptime. Maintenance, provider outages, or other events may interrupt the service.
Third-party services
CRM Assistant depends on third-party hosting, databases, and CRM systems. Those services are outside our control. Your use of a connected CRM remains subject to that provider's terms.
Intellectual property
CRM Assistant, including its name, interface, and software, is owned by its operator. These terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you. You retain rights in your CRM data.
Disclaimers
CRM Assistant is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tools that summarize CRM activity may be incomplete if the connected CRM is unavailable or returns incomplete data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CRM Assistant. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for CRM Assistant in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
Termination
You may stop using CRM Assistant at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.
Changes
We may change the service or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the terms change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to your use of the service. A specific jurisdiction is not designated in this document.
