Follow-Up Reminder

Create follow-up reminders for leads so important contacts don't get forgotten. Choose Follow Up on an Unanswered Lead or Inactive Lead result. CRM Assistant creates a contact task in your CRM. It does not send an email, SMS, or message.

Task creation needs contact task permission. If that permission is not enabled yet, you will be asked to reconnect after it is available.
